....kids....work....new town with more restaurant choices....then an injury that had me in physical therapy for a year and unable to partake in my longstanding favorite exercise (pole dancing) Now what do we have? we have me...miserable and disgusted, looking at pictures of what I USED to look like before I was hurt, and I have become extremely used to a less active lifestyle, and my husband and I have become slaves to convenience (why stand in the kitchen and cook? McDonalds is two minutes away and we are tired!) I live in my favorite stretchie pants because I refuse to purchase jeans in the size I am. Add to this that I am in the fashion industry, surrounded by lovely ladies - half my size and nearly half my age!!! woe is me!! I have good weeks, this has been one of them - 5 miles on the treadmill every morning, time on the spin bike after lunch, etc.....but then I have an off week. Donut holes (24 hour donut shop, anyone?) staying up late so that I sleep past my allotted workout time!! ARGH!!!! I feel like an *kitten* because I know the secret is just for me to do it. Just get up and just do what needs to be done. but sometimes, why is that so darn hard?! =D ok whew felt good to get all that out!!! hah!! call me Jen!
