Scheduling your workouts

Just a reminder for everyone.
I see a lot of post about I hope I can get my workout in for this or that reason and it really makes me sad. YOUR workout should be just as important if not more important than anything else. Why do we always put ourselves second to everyone and everything? Do you want to lose weight? Get healthy? If your answer is "yes" then your workout must be scheduled into your day, early before anyone gets up, at lunch or in the evening but if someone wants to do something else during that time you need to learn to tell them you have something else planned then and choose another time.
Just my opinion, love yourself as much as you do everyone else!:flowerforyou:
