The biggest meal, I have. And the biggest problem.
I have a fruit and a green tea at office at 4:30pm. I start from office on bicycle at 6ish. When I reach home after half an hour, I just can't stop myself from eating. It becomes my heaviest meal.
Today, I had... 1/2 cup peanuts, 1tbsp light peanut butter, fruit salad with yoghurt topping, 1 mini mars bar, ...wait, still more to go.... 1 Latte and lastly, 1 ginger chocolate square(teeny meeny one).
I do not go over my calories, since my dinner and lunch are light n full of veggies.
Is this a problem? If yes, any solutions to it? Or.... any kinda food that will prevent me from eating like mad.

Not a problem for weight loss. Calories in, calories out. Time doesn't matter.
On the other hand, eating without control is a problem, or will become one. Try having the peanuts or something before the bike ride. It helps me to eat a snack before an evening workout.0 -
I always enjoy a banana or a string cheese. It kinda helps me... I would probably say that sugar in the stuff you eat may give you hunger cravings and making you feel you hungry more. I'd try to stay with good protein and nuts or something.
For me once I have one I can not stop...
Good luck...0 -
