Cheat Day Irony

I was talking to my husband this past weekend, and had a ironic realization. On my cheat day, where I don't track anything, I end up eating LESS than I do when I do track. I find it so easy to go back to starving myself, even now. I am still going to have my cheat day, because having a day where I'm not glued to the computer is nice, but it is so strange to appear to be the opposite of almost everyone else >.>

on days when I don't track, I usually eat less as well, or...skip eating all day and only eat one big meal. I also suck at drinking water on the weekends and just in general when I am not in my M-F routine....

I get a cheat meal once a week instead of a whole day. I track my breakfast/lunch/snack, but that meal doesn't make it onto there. But I've found myself bringing home half of my meal when I used to devour the entire plate. Major NSV for me!
