I've always hated cardio. I recently discovered a love of lifting, but I was still struggling to make myself work up a good sweat.

Recently I started running...and I feel like I kinda rock at it :D This was huge for me, because of all the cardio a person can do, I always hated running the most.

I wrote a little blog about it:

Funny, I feel the same. I always LOATHED any form of exercise. I used to FORCE myself to walk for 30 minutes every day/other day. Then, all of a sudden, about 3 months into my weight loss, I walked and actually felt like it wasn't enough! So, I started running and I LOVE it.

I'm not a fan of the normal cardio. I hate jumping around. So, I've discovered my love for lifting as well. I don't go to they gym. I am doing ChaLean Extreme which is building muscle and lifting weights. I love it! This doesn't make women turn into bodybuilders but gets us lean muscle.
But, isn't it nice to find something you like doing? I was worried that I couldn't find a workout I enjoyed so then I'd just give up. But, like you I don't hate it anymore.
