Creatine for women and how much?

Hi, I'm new to MFP. I am 25 and 120 pounds. This is my second day on the Keto diet. I read in my fitness book that women can take creatine. But it doesnt say how much for a women. Is it the same as man? and I researched it ,but came up with 2 grams to take but I'm not sure and how much it is in tsp. Please help me? I wont take it until I know for sure.

    5g a day is fine for women, but I would start with 2g to see how your body reacts. Are you trying to gain weight/muscle? Are you doing resistance training?

    Oh ok. I'm doing weight training today on my legs. I'm losing fat but gaining muscles.
