Just letting everyone know I'm doing the 1/2 Ironman tomorrow (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and 13 mile run!!!)

Awesome!! Good luck to you! I watched my 3 friends accomplish it 3 weekends ago- it was amazing to watch!! It's on my goals for next year. Please post an update when you finish!!!

I finished in 5 hr. and 41 min and place 14th out of all of the women!!!!!!!!
I did the swim (1.2 miles) in 35 min, the bike (56 miles) in 3 hr adn 3 min and the run (13.1 miles) in 1 hr and 56 min!!!!0 -
Wow!!!!! Way to go!!! Rock on, girlfriend!0

WOW!! That's amazing! I can't believe you could keep up paces like that after doing all the other stuff, too! You go, girl!0
