Hey peeps, I'm new here and I have a question. I can't get my daily goal for calories consumed to change when I increase the calories I plan on burning each week. What am I doing wrong? I'm pretty sure my calories from nutrition are way too low for the amount I exercise. I can't get it to change no matter how much I mess with the numbers.
And that's the whole basis of this site isn't it?

When you enter your exercise each day, it will automatically increase. You can set your goals independently and bump the numbers up.0

your base number of calories does not include exercise. You get to eat more when you exercise and eat your exercise calories back, so it doesnt matter what you enter under goals0

Oh I get it so it updates whenever you enter your exercise information each day instead of giving you a weekly average. Interesting.0
