I'm 27, and am on Women's One A Day (once a day) , I'm also taking Vitamin C and Echinasea every few days. I'm curious to women out there taking vitamins. Anything else you're taking? I picked up B-12, and Viactive with Vitamins D & K.
Do you notice a difference w/ B-12? Anything else you'd reccommend?

I take Women's one-a-day active mind and body and then I also take a vitamin D supplement to keep levels up at a normal rate. I also supplement my diet with muscle milk protein shakes mixed with almond milk.

Vitamin RD. It gives you a sense of euphoria when ingested.

I took the viactive for a while, and the calcium supplement ended up giving me horrible kidney issues because my body couldn't break it down- just be aware, not all calcium supplements are created equal.

I used to take Women's One A Day but they made me VERY sick to my stomach in the morning. A good friend of mine (She's an all organic type...which is fine by me) suggested these vitamins called Alive. I take one of those every morning and it puts a little pep in my step...At least...I can tell the days I haven't taken them...lol

I also take D supplement.. my D level was way too low. Dr. can check yours and see if you need it by a simple blood test. I take whole food multi vitamin for women over 40, a whole food balanced b complex and Calcium supplements ('m in the first stages of osteoporois,, yeah me).
You can go to a Nature Path and find out what you really need. I just haven't taken time to yet. A friend of mine walked in with a bag full of vitamins and supplements and found out there wasn't much she needed and one of them was not being broken down by her body at all!

Pre-natal vitamin (though I'm bad about remembering to take them)... best women's vitamin between puberty and menopause.
