I have been going since Jan. 20th, and lost 15 lbs. I HOPE to lose 30 lbs, the summer is the hardest. Any suggestions?:smile:

    I too have lost about 15 since Jan and am trying to lose 15 more. I'm 43 turning 44 and raising my almost 4 yr old daughter. (I just had her late in life.) My husband has a granddaughter the same age as our daughter..lol..
