Evening all! My names Alan & I have a weight problem! (oppps wrong place)
Struggled with my weight for a while now, well with the middle aged spread & now I'm 44 I want to lose the gut & get back to a healthier me.
I have wheat\gluten intolerance which doesn't help & I really enjoy tasty food, well curries with a few beers lol!
Anywho I hope to be a regular contributor.
