I just made these for lunch, yum!

You can substitute any vanilla protein, the one I use is awesome because it has just 3 natural ingredients.

200 calories only 3 carbs

Enjoy!

The taste reminds me of a “French Toast Pancake” and my very picky kids loved them.

Ingredients:
1 Scoop Polypept-ICE Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 Cup egg beaters or egg substitute
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 Tbsp of expelled pressed coconut oil

Directions:
Warm the coconut oil in microwave safe bowl for 20 seconds or until a liquid
Mix all of the ingredients together with a wire whisk
spray frying pan with no-stick spray
cook on pan until golden brown
top pancakes with 2TBSP of sugar-free syrup

Nutrition Info:
200 Calories
8 grams of fat
3 gram of carbs
27 grams of protein

I do the same, 1 scoop of whey, 2 whole eggs and a skillet. Pretty easy and simulates pancakes well.

I will have to give these a try, except I'm with Steve, whole eggs for me.

I'm sure it's better with the whole eggs but I'm limiting calories too. They were fantastic still with the egg beaters.

Nice. I just started watching my carbs and this is a good one. I do not use coconut oil ? I guess I will try substituting it. Thanks for sharing.

Keen to try. I normally use oats as well but obviously not low carb.
