Favorite snack

So I just got through with my late-afternoon snack of a circle of Mini Babybell cheese and a cup of red grapes. If I could find a way to eat this combo daily I would be a happy girl.

What are your favorite minimally-processed snacks?

    Yum, that sounds like a delicious snack!

    I just had cocoa roasted almonds and a light cheese stick and usually have that daily!

    1.raspberries and strawberries in light whipped cream. SOOO good.
    2.Green apple dipped in peanut butter.
    3.Sweet Chili triscuits with tuna and cheese

    Popcorn!

    I use a microwave popping bowl, and use a teaspoon of butter flavored oil for popping. This lets me control the salt. Yum

    seedless raisins! I always get a handful at around 3/4pm when I'm starting to get a bit hungry for dinner!

    almonds
    1/2 apple with peanutbutter then covered in unsweetened coconut
    chobani yogurt with ground flax seed and blueberries

    I have so many...since I eat every 3 hours I need little yummy filling snacks- I love that you posted this thread cause I'm always looking for new ideas!

    Here's a few of mine:
    1. Roasted red pepper hummus with wasa flatbread or veggies
    2. Sargento low sodium cheese stick & trader joe savory mini crackers
    3. Wheat thin sticks and laughing cow cheese wedge
    4. Apple with natural peanut butter
    5. Paul newman mango salsa and baked scoops
    6. Reduced fat cheez-its
    7. Lowfat cottage cheese and fruit
    8. Hard boiled egg (no yolk) and baked goldfish
    9. 1/2 container greek yogurt, blueberries, and wheat germ
    10. 100 calorie pack guacamole & flaxseed veggie tortilla chips

    I know it's alot, but I couldn't choose just one! Now I'm hungry! Lol

    That sounds great! I think my favorite snack right now is white seedless grapes with apple slices!
