Calories help!

ok, so to work out the calories in a homemade meal (from scratch) I'm guessing you work out the quantities of ingredients used and then divide those by the number of portions made??? Is that right? ;-)

    Yes. It's a pain in the butt but if you have a meal you eat a lot, you only have to do it once!
  • Thanks guys! I'm kinda new to this and hadn't really paid attention to that before now! Sorry! If any of you would like to add me as a friend... please, go ahead!

    Now that I have used the tool, my calories intake for that meal went up from 174 to 247... however, for a risotto meal, I don't think that is too bad at all! Certainly beats a ham sandwich that would have been more calories than that! ;-) x
