Calories help!

ok, so to work out the calories in a homemade meal (from scratch) I'm guessing you work out the quantities of ingredients used and then divide those by the number of portions made??? Is that right? ;-)

Yes. It's a pain in the butt but if you have a meal you eat a lot, you only have to do it once!0

Thanks guys! I'm kinda new to this and hadn't really paid attention to that before now! Sorry! If any of you would like to add me as a friend... please, go ahead!
Now that I have used the tool, my calories intake for that meal went up from 174 to 247... however, for a risotto meal, I don't think that is too bad at all! Certainly beats a ham sandwich that would have been more calories than that! ;-) x0
