I have only lasted a week or so from adding cals, carbs, and fats.. I get board with it, and sometimes its such a pain in the rump! Gonna try it this time.

I dont like how adding my exercise can allow me to have a extra 277 carbs for the day. Seems to cancel out each other. Why is that?

Hi! I try not to think of it as "calories burned/calories in". If you don't eat enough calories--of the right calories-after you workout, your body goes into what all those experts call "Starvation mode" and your body keeps the fat and burns your muscle tissue. They are always talking about the right combination of protein, carbs and fat to have, not only after working out, but as part of a daily, healthy lifestyle. I have been using this site for a couple of weeks now and I really like it. I found out I was eating too much protein! (Which will turn to fat if not all used!) Good luck to you!

Your body needs a certain amount of calories, if you burn some, you have to replenish them.
