For some reason today I am way under my calorie count (like 700 calories under). Trust me this isn't usually the case but I don't feel hungry right now. I try to cut off my eating at 7pm which is ten minutes away. Should I go ahead and eat even though I'm not hungry to bring up my count???

Your daily calorie count should not go below 1200.....it's not healthy. If you are a little under once in a while, it's not a problem. Eating too little puts your body into starvation mode and shuts down your metabolism to conserve energy. So the short answer (about 15 minutes past your self-imposed deadline) is YES, have a small snack to keep your body working!
