Calculate calories for strange exercise

Hello,
I recently had ACL surgery so I am limited to the kind of exercise I can do for a while. I was joking to my boyfriend that maybe I'll have to just sit on the couch and wave my arms around. Well....Here's a video of what I plan to do for the next few weeks until I can start rehab. How do you suggest I would calculate the number of calories burned? What would I compare this to?
Thanks.
~Brook
PS I will not be doing it with quite so much bubbly energy. Just saying.
