What would your ideal workout schedule look like?

I am trying to figure out how to plan an actual workout schedule and I need some ideas so I thought I would ask this question.

If you had about 20lbs to lose and wanted to decrease body fat by about 18%. Had 45 minutes a day/6 days a week to train. ( I have to do 20minutes of stretching and PT work everyday for my back so I can't really commit to more than that) What would your schedule look like?

I am realizing that my workouts have been very fly by the seat of my pants just whatever I can fit in at the given time. I consistently get in 6 days a week intense and 1 resting walk day. I am thinking I need to get a little more organized with my workouts.

I like to run ( am not very good at it, am at about a 12min mile pace and my average run is about 3 miles)
I have an elliptical but it doesn't give me that great of a calorie burn even on a hard intensity I use a body media fit to track
I am liking the Nike Training app for my Iphone
I recently finished JM Ripped in 30
I have the Making The Cut book that I keep threatening to start :D
I don't have a gym membership nor am I going to be getting one anytime soon.

I would love to see what your workout schedule looks like and get some ideas :)

I've been doing 60 mins of bootcamp 3x a week; C25K 3x a week; yoga 3x a week and I am trying to walk every day for 60 mins if I am not doing C25K. I went hard core very quickly (I travel a lot for work and I have this couple of months of low travel so I am binging on exercise!) I've lost about 2 lbs a week for the last 3 weeks (since I started this).

I really do love to workout too. I find that I don't feel good physcially or emotionally is I don't keep my workouts up. I know that for me hitting goals will probably have to do more with clean eating than working out but getting workouts together is more fun to obsess over :)
  • I try and swim for 30-45 minutes twice a week, swimming/water running for an hour 2 or 3 times a week, 2 zumba classes a week, one accelerated insanity class, and weights/circuit training for 30-45 minutes twice a week, sometimes I'll add in the rowing machine or treadmill for 30 minutes twice a week. If the weather is nice running, biking, or rollerblading for an hour outside.
