are they good for you? people always say to not take pills becasue it is the short cut way, and once you get off of them u wil go back to how u were. but are there any good pills that help for weightloss for making you full or something????

    you mean laxatives? they basically make you poop a lot. they're not good for weight loss at all - essentially you would just be losing weight in your lost stool.
