Hey Everyone,
I'm just starting my fitness plan and breaking my terrible habit of not working out. I'm only out to lose 6 pounds and then to maintain my weight from there. . . but since I cream cheese icing vanilla cupcakes and thick slices of red velvet cake it is going to be hard to put the fork down and get on the treadmill!
Looking forward to motivating myself and everyone else!
