Why isnt ANYTHING WORKING!!

goodafter noon everybody!
I've been trying to lose weight and i tried eatting right, but nothing seems to make a differnce. My doctor tells me im only big looking because of my height, but i just dont believe that. Im 5"1 and im 137lbs. My goal is 120, but not matter what i do, nothing seems to work. i've gone walking and jogging for a bit, but im not trying to tone my legs, im trying to slim my stomach and ton my arms, thats it. i just dont understand what i should be doing, or what work out is best for me. My mom is talking about weight watchers, but does that even work? is thier a different work out routine i could do? helpp?

I don't know what it is you eat, but I do know that eating whole, fresh, unprocessed foods helps a lot. Stay away from sweets, and anything that comes in a can or box. Or fast food.0

This is what works for me:
-lean protein
-tons of fruit and veggies
-mix up the type of workouts
-strength training
- I work out six days a week
-avoid fried and processed if u can
-watch your sodium
-drink plenty of water

Walking a jogging are cardio and will burn calories and will slim your entire body, including your core. If you want more tone in your arms use wrist weights and exercise those muscles.

How long have you been working out? What workouts do you do? I am still trying to better my eating, but I workout prettty much 6 days a week (sometimes twice a day because of my daily routine). I drink at least 64 oz of water but most days its more than that. I try to stay away from fast food all together (that one I am still working on - only had it once this whole month)...

walking/jogging
circuit training
