The bean chili may having something to do with it. Beans are known to make you gassy.

Well...you've eaten a ton of fruits/veggies...that'll do it for me for sure! Also, bean chili the last couple of days perhaps?
What a terrible feeling gas is, I hope you're feeling better soon!!

Omg, I never even thought about the chili....it just doesn't have THAT many beans in it. Does spinach do it?

dairy dairy dairy. it's evil. so many people don't know how tough it is on your body -- acne, gas, even sinus/stuffy noses, coughing congestion.

    try almond milks/yogurts/cheeses or soy . . .

watch out for dairy derivatives too: whey, casein, etc.

People who have consumed a lot of antibiotics, and/or high-sugar/carb diets (and most Americans qualify), may suffer from a build up of yeast in the gut. Taking pro-biotics as well as virgin coconut oil and/or apple cider vinegar can reduce and eventually eliminate the excess yeast that causes gas.

    good luck :)

oh--if you must have your dairy, raw milk and cheese made from raw milks are easier to digest and better on the tummy (doesn't stop the acne or sinus issues, though).

for immediate relief, try activated charcoal caps (available at any drugstore, but better quality at somewhere like Whole Foods). Charcoal absorbs everything though, so don't take important meds within 2 hours.

    blessings.

Hmm. I looked at today's diary and it didn't look that bad. Perhaps get a bit more exercise? I'm not seeing anything in your diary to cause lots of gas. I'm vegetarian and eat way more beans and roughage than what's on your diary and rarely have problems with gas.

    When did it start?

I see three culprits: beans, grains, dairy.

Have you tried eliminating one or all of these from your diet for a couple weeks to see what happens when you add them back in?

Don't forget dairy could be either the sugar (lactose) or protein (casein) so you'd have to drop cheese as well if you're testing that.

    Just a thought.

THIS. I don't drink or eat much dairy but it kills my stomach. ACV usually clears up an upset tummy for me.

Thanks for all the ideas. It started RIGHT after the beans...so that may be it. Looks like I've got some research to do.
