    I know you love fruit, but 6 servings a day is a little much. You can do it, but try no carbs for dinner & nighttime snack. They inhibit the release of human growth hormone during your sleep, which boosts testosterone, which BURNS calories and RAISES your metabolic rate! Not eating carbs for 4 or 5 hours a day is worth that! It is tough at times though, I can usually do this about 4 days a week.

    I appreciate the responses! I have thought about switching back to eggs for breakfast (I cycle my meals every month or 2, for variety). The problem is, I can't have eggs without toast - which adds the carbs back in. :(

    you could search for high protein bread or cut the toast in half and have half the serving.

    I've increase my protein with potein shakes. Jay Robb protein or Nu-tek Pro 5.
