I know you love fruit, but 6 servings a day is a little much. You can do it, but try no carbs for dinner & nighttime snack. They inhibit the release of human growth hormone during your sleep, which boosts testosterone, which BURNS calories and RAISES your metabolic rate! Not eating carbs for 4 or 5 hours a day is worth that! It is tough at times though, I can usually do this about 4 days a week.0

I appreciate the responses! I have thought about switching back to eggs for breakfast (I cycle my meals every month or 2, for variety). The problem is, I can't have eggs without toast - which adds the carbs back in.
you could search for high protein bread or cut the toast in half and have half the serving.
I've increase my protein with potein shakes. Jay Robb protein or Nu-tek Pro 5.0
