what to do in between running days on B?

I am getting started on bridge to 10K and noticed it said to only do workouts 3 times a week every other day. I have been running at least 4 days a week and sometimes 5. I normally log in between 3-4 miles each time. I am at a loss of what to do on the days off in between. I really like The Biggest Loser workout but am sore for 2-3 days afterwards. Maybe I am doing too much too long....I usually do at least one hour on moderate and then a couple of challenges. Maybe do less?
Does anyone walk on days in between? I am not into strength training at the moment, but know I should be. I would prefer to do something cardio related but understand the 'rest' theory in between. I did not do C25K by the way.
Any ideas or suggestions....I know this will be the place to find them!!
