My lack of weight gain is sabotaging me.

So this week I injured my arm and have not been to the gym in a week. I've still been biking around my usual 3 to 4 miles, did a light hike somewhere in there, and my normal every day stuff.

I've also been eating more than normal. Out to eat for pizza. Drinking. Got taken for all you can eat sushi. Went to sonic and then out for ice cream. More drinking.

I keep expecting to hop on the scale and have undone all of the work I did. I haven't lost, but I haven't become a puffer fish over night like I expected. My stomach is still flat and everything is still firm. It's a horrible motivator because I keep using it as an excuse to skip the gym, and join my friends on these crazy binge eatings. Which is wasting money.

So my new motivation for eating healthy and working out is damnit, I want to look like Beyonce in this video.
