Hello all! I'm not entirely new to MFP, just to the actual website. :) I've been using the iPod app for a couple months and have found it really useful. (i'll admit some days i go over my goal net calorie intake, but most days I manage to stay on track).

I'm 5'6" and currently weigh 178lb. My goal is to get down to 150lb and re-evaluate whether I am happy at that weight or wish to lose more. I just signed up with a personal trainer at the gym so hopefully he will help me stay on track with some strength training.

Feel free to friend me, share tips on diet/exercise. I'm all ears! :)
