All meat/fish/poultry/eggs.
There's a quick 8 million ideas for ya0 -
I love making egg-type breakfasts! Actually.. it's more like lunch because I don't really eat breakfast/until I'm hungry anymore. I used to be a vegetarian, so often I still stick to vegetarian meals... aka eggs :-)
I take 2 or 3 eggs and scramble them (but you could do them however you want, of course) and I also sautee some veggies in a bit of butter or olive oil, and put them with the eggs. I top the eggs with a bit of salsa and guacamole and occasionally cheese... it's so awesome and filling!
For dinner, I recommend fish or lean meat or, if you really are trying to be vegetarian, then soy protein products, tempeh, etc. The other night I used this recipe: http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/five_spice_tilapia.html
Easiest tilapia I've ever made... and SO delicious! It's not no-carb, due to the brown sugar... but it's really good, an easy place to start! I hope that helps!!!
