why does dieting make one angry....

hello again...
next thought is before when i wasn't calling myself as "dieting" i was always in a good mood....now that i inserted the word "diet" into my vocabulary, i feel more mad than happy most days....probably an indepth happening, but wowwwwww any suggestions on how to give my attitude a kick in the butt?...lol

    Exactly. Dieting is something someone does to drop a pounds that they will eventually gain back because dieting can't be maintain. A lifestyle change is re-training your mindset, removing old habits and adopting new ones, finding healthier substitutes for not so healthy food choices and not restricting calories.

    Which one are you doing?

    I never, ever tell anyone I'm dieting. I just say I'm trying to eat more healthily.

    That sounds more like what is sold in those catalogues for the elderly that come with the Sunday papers!

    Does that mean I can get a Stannah Stairlift and one of those chairs which launches you across the room?! :laugh:

    I received a SAGA brochure not so long ago...I'm not joking. I was mortified. And then I received a Boden catalogue, which suddenly made SAGA seem a much better prospect! :sick:
