Best tuna recipe ever (imo)

2 cans of 6oz tuna in water

1 1/2 tablespoon of light mayo

1 teaspoon of mustard

a little bit of dijon mustard (i just eyeballed it)

2 teaspoons of pickle juice

a dash of salt and pepper

1 large fresh cucumber


MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, THEN CUT UP THE CUCUMBER INTO FAIRLY THICK SLICES, THEN PUT A DOLLOP OF THE TUNA MIXTURE ON TOP OF EACH ONE. ADD CHERRY TOMOATOES ON THE SIDE

NOTE: I had tons of extra, I made a lot so I could enjoy some later and for my family to enjoy some also. I had 7 cucumber slices for reference.
