IT WORKED!!!

OK so 2 months at 177 or 178 and busting my nut at the gym and then I read the Gary Taubes book Good Calories Bad Calories and the book Womens Health The Perfect Body Diet
and took all of your low carb wisdom and advice and I am now at 171.5.....I weighed myself for the Twilight challenge and almost fell off the scale!
Had to reweigh twice since I didn't really believe that #
Amazing....for me....Low carbing it really helped this week....i went way over on fats but always felt full and happy and didn't think I lost an ounce since I munched so many damn almonds! But Wahoo...171.5 and the plateau is busted for this week anyway....letsw keep it moving downward for next week too!!!

The book Good Calories Bad Calories sounds interesting. I've been watching what the calories I've been eating but didnt know there were good ones and bad ones. Thanks for sharing, now I want to read the book

That is great mom.... I know, the low carb is working for me too!! You can eat all the nuts you want LOL. I do it because its hard to get calories in on low carb, nuts give lots of calories.... GOOD JOB!!0
