Just wondering about posts that I see when people say they do run, what speed is it that you are running on? I hear running is very good for losing your flabby tummy.

I'm a 5mph / 12 min per mile jogger, its a good speed for me to build up my stamina for a 10 mile Great South Run in October0

I run between 7-8 mph, I run almost everyday and sometimes I run intervals. ★0
