Here is my progress so far and the first time ive shown these pictures on the boards :-/

I startedmy weightloss on my birthday at the end of August 2010 at 271lbs, joining mfp in Jan 2011 at 243lbs, I am currently at 208lbs with a total loss of 62 lbs, I still have a long way to go to my goal of being in the 130's !! my goal may change however as ive never been a healthy weight so have no idea whats best for me. I have recently completed the C25k programme and I am beginning the bridge to 10k programme. Running and kickboxing are my main cardio workouts and i try to do strength training at least 3 times a week. I gave up diet soda in March and have been drinking nothing but water since (except one sneaky coke on holiday - non diet ) :)

I am 23 and 5'7
