Rancid Flaxseed Oil Capsules

I bought rancid flaxseed oil capsules last night. Any suggestions on where to go to buy fresh ones? Should they be refrigerated in the store? Should I buy online? Help me out here - I have no clue.

    I would go to GNC or other large chain. They may cost a little more but at least you know you can return them if anything is wrong with them.

    The store at bodybuilding.com. That's where I've gotten all my supplements since trying the site out. They have an amazing service reputation and shipping is fast.
