Lovely wrap suggestion

Today for my lunch I had to tortilla wraps filled with delicious roasted red pepper humous, carrot, cooked and cooled courgette, spinach, orange pepper, and a bit of sweetcorn. It was delicious. Baring in mind I ate over three hours ago I'm still completely satisfied and full... :)

    English to English translation: courgette = zucchini
    sweetcorn = corn (this was obvious, but you never know)

    sounds great! I had a wrap with roasted red pepper hummous, wholly guacamole and tons of fresh spinach leaves, and it was yummy too!
