    Non-Scale Victory. Something that you've done, etc that doesn't need to reflect the number on the scale!

    I had the same query too - it seems that NSV = Non Scales Victory

    ie: those little (or large) victories that don't come from the scales, like walking past your usual donut shop without buying your usual donut, or getting into those clothes you kept 'for when you get thin again'

    There are as many varied reasons for an NSV as there are people on the planet... so your NSV's will be specific to you
