How many calories are in a Taco Bell Taco... REALLY

I noticed on this site that there are 3-4 variations of how many calories are in a Taco Bell Crunchy Taco. I went to Taco Bell's Nutrition web site and either I did it wrong or they are messed up because all they would tell me when I selected their Taco is how many calories, fat grams, etc are alotted to a person in one day and didn't list any info on the taco. Can someone please shed a light on this matter?

Also I noticed the "healthier" Fresco menu crunchy taco has more calories than the regular menu taco... according to this site.

Confused and irritated.

Actually the Crunchy taco has 170 the FRESCO Crunchy taco has 150.

I do that too. In fact, I've started my own collection of PDF files that have nutrtional information from different places around work and keep them in my desk drawer for those days I rush out the door and forget my lunch. I went through them yesterday and chuckled at myself for having them. I'll bet no one else in the building does that. lol
