After two years of dieting to loose the weight I gained from quitting smoking (60 lb gain) with regaining after hubby returned from army stuff...... I look down to get dressed now and am still shocked to see my tummy. Or lack there of.
It makes me happy every time I put on pants and I see no belly. No big muffin. To fit back in my pants again.
So for everyone who struggles, even if you gain the weight back, as I did after year one (almost all of it) its really worth it to keep trying and loose it.
NOTHING beats the feeling of self confidence.
