You are your own gym

has anyone here bought the book, "you are your own gym" ? It is written by Mark Lauren. It is all bodyweight excersises with a variable phase program for endurace and strength. I have been a fan of calisthenics for a long time and this book lays it out wonderfully. I am up to 6 one arm pushup now both arms,
And 5 muscle- ups. It is wonderful. Does anyone here have any success with this. ? For cardio I do the Marine Corps Daily 16 is a HIiT format.

    Another decent body weight exercise book is "The Naked Warrior" by Pavel Tsatsouline.
