My Daily Two Cents:

I lose motivation easy when I don't get the results that I want or when I have let myself down because of a slip-up. Sometimes I throw everything out the window because I had one lousy day. That lousy day turns into a couple of lousy weeks and then BAM! your weightloss goal has increased because you gained 10 more pounds.

I think self- forgiveness goes a long way and in our success-driven society we are too quick to throw ourselves under the bus when things don't go as planned. We are entitled to have a tough day and we need to forgive ourselves when we slipped up on our eating plan or didn't quite make it to the gym, we are afterall human. Don't throw it all out the window, be like the litte fish Dori in the movie Finding Nemo "Just Keep Swimming... Just keep Swimming" You will get there eventually. You can do it if you JUST KEEP SWIMMING!
