Recording Meals on MFP

I have a question.......How do you guys all record your meals. Do you record it all during the morning and stick to that during the day? Or do you record as you go? Or do you record it all at the end of the day?

    I TOTALLY recommend logging all your foods BEFORE you have them, rather than later, as it tends to lead to better food choices. I especially like to know ahead of time so that I know that later in the evening, I'll still have enough numbers left for the love of my life, Edy's slow churned no sugar added fudge tracks icecream. (My husband thinks HE'S the love of my life, so, shhh, don't tell him he comes in second!) :laugh:
  • I agree,log your meals before hand so there is no room for error!
    As for me...Im logging through out the day,Im a stay at home mom so its easier for me to just jump on here and log my food! Sometimes I will log everything I plan on eating in the morning,print it out and take it with me if I have a busy day ahead!
