I bought a large thing of unsalted, dry-roasted penuts to snack on at work when I get hungry. But as it's nearing it's end, I'm wondering if different nuts provide different health benefits. I love all kinds, so I'm open to suggestions!

Almonds and walnuts are my faves!
Different nuts have different benefits. Variety is a good idea with nuts. I'm not where I can post stuff, but I'd suggest goggling some of the pros/cons of different nuts.
Otherwise, think about having a mix if nuts with you at work, so you get a little of everything you like. I buy raw/unsalted ones and mix them together in a sandwich bag to keep at work.0 -
I always feel like I'm the worst about mixed nuts! I can't help myself --- I just eat the cashews! Lol.
I actually really like the idea of mixing them yourself, though. Then I could keep the cashews out of it!0
