Hi guys,
I'm going to a football match tomorrow and I'm sure I'll be cheering, clapping and maybe even jumping, so I was wondering if I could log this as a workout and if yes how should I log this?
Thanks in advance :)

maybe as light aerobics I don't know maybe half the count. say if you did 60mins and logged 30mins. have you thought about a heart rate monitor?

I am sure you can as a Cardio activity. I would not as it is a daily activity and only time dedicated to exercise should be logged as exercise or so I was told by the nutritionist.

I believe the reason why is if you eat back your exercise calories and you set up your profile correctly then you could be overeating.

I just think of those calories burned as a bonus!

    Good luck and Have Fun!

I wouldn't count this. I can't see jumping up and down enough for it to be a constant heart rate increase. There's too many time outs, etc.
