I am a 35 year old female. 115 lbs, 5'4" tall. I am currently on a 1200cal/day but am usually over and thats okay because I dont need to loose any more weight, just need to maintain. I am looking for friends who will share food and exercise diaries so that I can get ideas, compare, and for overall motivation. I just finished my second 5k last weekend so I am a beginner runner but am trying to keep it up. I do strength training about 2 times per week (need to up that). My goals are to maintain weight, tone, and eat healthy!

If you are trying to maintain why are you only eating 1200 ish. You should be around 14500

I do not exercise religously yet, so I am afraid that if I increase my cals that I will gain weight.0

I'm maintaining now as well, doing strength training 3x/wk plus some light cardio 2x/wk.
I eat a fairly high protein, low carb/sugar diet, and my diet is generally pretty clean. My diary is open - I am now increasing my cal/day, and am up to 1500 now. I'll do that for a few wks, and then if there has been no weight gain, or still weight loss, I will increase it again.
Feel free to friend me if that seems to be what you're looking for!0 -
You can feel free to add me if you want too. I am 27 yr old, 5'3', and currently 150.8 lbs. Still looking to lose about 10 -15 more lbs. I exercise 5 - 6 days a week including doing the C25K program (on week 4 right now). I could use motivation myself when it comes to being a runner because I have never been one. My diary is open to the public, feel free to look. Fantastic job on getting to 115 (I will never be that small).0

Hi and welcome! I too am 5'4. I am down 17 pounds and just 1 pound from my initial goal weight of 120. I really am wanting to tone up and lose some more inches in my thighs and booty
I took up running a little over a month ago. I haven't convinced myself that I love it yet, but I really want to. I am doing the C25K program and I haven't died yet, so that is a good thing. It's the people on here that inspire me to keep running. I love to cook and bake and have adapted quite well to eating more healthier choices. I would love to encourage and support you along your journey as well as have you do the same for me. Go ahead and add me as a friend :flowerforyou:

I am a 67yr.old frmale. I want to know if anyone close to my age has done this plan and had it work. I have been following the 1200 cal. for almost 2 1/2 weeks. Exercising approx. 3-4 times a week for 45min. a few days I have gone over my calories by a few. A couple of days. If I continue, do you think this will surely work. I am hope to drop about 45lbs possible by Christmas. Forgot to say I am 5'2" and in good health. I'm tired of filling out every square inch of my clothing!0

Hi
I am 5'8" and currently have a few more lbs to lose, but my main goal is to be in shape, get more defined muscle tone (not bulky) and to maintain the goal weight (when I get there, let's hope soon). I have never been a runner, but I am considering adding it to my routine, maybe.
Please feel free to friend me, I have been here about a month and haven't "friended anyone" yet.0 -
1200 seems low if you are maintaining? I weigh 116pound (53kgs) and I'm around 5'2 and I would struggle to eat less than 1500 per day. I usually eat 1600-1900 per day. I guess I do work out a fair bit, but 1200 seems low...0

5'3.5" 125lbs. (i was actually down to 115 back in march, but fast food happened again. boo.). i would LOVE to be able to get back down to 115 or to my ultimate goal of 110. i just can't seem to get there anymore. it seemed to melt off earlier this year. ugh! so depressing! let me know of any good tips you get for yourself:)0
