MFP Runners September 21

Good Morning! Everybody must be out running and haven't started the thread yet!! No run for me today, just 30 minutes with Tony Horton. (Is it a sign of becoming an exercise junkie if you feel bad about 'only' running 11 miles yesterday and skipping my work-out?):laugh:

    Hey Tom! You might want to repost in the Fitness section. Great job on the 30 min w/ Tony... love him! :love: And yes, I *only* ran 10.5 miles y'day and *only* biked 22 miles today. :laugh:
