Road Trip Dieting

I'm about to embark on a 2 week road trip. We are going to be doing a lot of driving between locations and camping probably 80% of the time. I'm looking for advice on how to eat during my journey both eating out, eating on the road, and easy camp food, also any ideas on fitting in exercise. I'm planning on taking my running shoes and my mt bike but looking for any other exercises i could do in a campground without looking like a nut or needing equipment.
also, any success stories for dieting on the road would be great to hear! its soooo easy to splurge when you're not in your normal environment and normal daily schedule.
thanks!

How about bringing a package of Arnolds sandwich rounds, a package of lean meat, fat free cheese singles, a bottle of low fat mayo and some veggies like a bag of carrots in a cooler for a few lunches while on the road? Bring some granola bars for a quick snack...0
