Hello! Nice to meet everyone.

I am new to MFP and hope to make some friends on my journey to a new me. I am a 31 yr old woman with PCOS. I was diagnosed 2 years ago and although devistated, it also lead me on a journey to better understand the needs of my body and find (FINALLY) a way to eat healthy for life. I've got a long journay ahead of me and I hope to find and give support on these forums.

    Hi guys, I am new to this site. Well, I say new, I've spent the last few weeks just checking it out and monitoring my food intake etc. According to the scales, I've lost 7lb in 4 weeks so not doing to badly. I had a baby on Christmas Eve so am looking to rid of the baby weight and more!
