Hi everyone- for a ll the frugal frannies out there like I am- you may not have a lot of money to buy exercise equipment or gym memberships but I recently discovered if you go on youtube and type in a fitness class or dvd like 'Billy Blanks tae bo" or "Jillian MIchaels 30 day shred" or Jari Love there are the full exercise videos on there FOR FREE- just start playing it and maximize to make it full screen and there you go- free fitness!
