New to Fitness Challenge!!

Hey everyone! I'm finally starting a challenge! I'm new to fitness, for sure! Like...holding a 5 pound weight is a strain for me! And I'm tired of being weak! This is open to everyone, but I'm mainly focusing on getting better than my current fitness level! Check ins will be every Wednesday, you can post your weight if you want to, or just post measurements, whatever you want to post!! I'll be posting weight, how many hours of exercise I've done, and how much water I've had per day because I need to get better at that too! Feel free to friend me, bookmark this thread, whatever you need to do to remember!!!
