High Protein Snacks

Options
Im looking for some high protein snacks that are easy to fix and not too expencive. I am looking to up my protein intake while doing P90X make the change in diet stick. I need to be getting close to 170 grams of protein before working out.

any ideas? please help.

    greek yogurt.. i have that with some fruit for a snack... a cup of plain can have 15-20 grams of protein

    Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are super high in protein, mix them with a bit of fruit and it turns out for a great smoothie!

    I'm vegetarian, and I get most of my protein from eggs and greek yogurt (Fage brand).

    Yes to the greek yogurt.
    I also love beef jerky. Watch the sodium, but the protein count is high and less calories.

    GNC protein powder with 4 oz water or with skim milk, especially since you are doing P90X. I also like the Breakstone's 100 calorie cottage cheese doubles or deli meat for one the go.
