I'm doing the 30 day shred right now. Loving it, but getting a bit sick of Jillian slacking on the videos - LOL.
Just wondering aobut P90X. I know lots of you are doing it. It seems there are a whole bunch of DVDs. Is it old school like back/arms one day, then legs/abs another, or is it more like bootcamp?
Any info would be much appreciated!

It gives you 3 strength training days, hitting a couple of different body parts on each day. The other days are cardio: Plyometrics (awesome), Kempo (kickboxing workout), Yoga, etc.0

It depends which workout schedule you use. I'm doing the Classic program, which is for slimming down, but also building more muscle. There is also the Lean program, which does more cardio and less strength training. And doubles, which is crazy, imo.
But basically you are right. This week for me, looked like this. (my day one is friday)
Friday: Chest and Back/ Ab ripper x (Total workout time, ~75minultes)
Saturday: Plyometrics (~60 minutes)
Sunday: Shoulders and Arms/ Ab ripper x (~75mins)
Monday: Yoga X (90 minutes)
Tuesday: Legs and Back/ Ab ripper X (~75 minutes)
Wednesday: Kenpo X (~60)
Thursday: Rest day or X stretch. (I usually rest)
So this is the end of week 3 for me, so next week I have my first recovery week, where you sort of cool it on the strength training, and do more stretching/cardio stuff.
